PETITION: PARENTS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED IF KIDS ARE CAUGHT USING MARIJUANA

A law signed by Gov. Phil Murphy on Monday February 22, prohibits law enforcement from notifying parents if their underage children are caught in possession of or using marijuana or alcohol.

Parents should never be kept out of the loop if their children are breaking the law. Assemblyman Jon Bramnick is fighting back and has introduced legislation to repeal this ridiculous law.

Sign the petition below to join Assemblyman Jon Bramnick to allow police to notify parents if their underage kids are caught in possession of or using marijuana or alcohol.

PETITION: JOIN BRAMNICK TO ALLOW POLICE TO NOTIFY PARENTS IF KIDS CAUGHT USING MARIJUANA

Tell Governor Murphy to stop keeping parents in the dark about their children. Police should not be prohibited from telling parents if their children are caught using or in possession of marijuana or alcohol.
