WATCH: Bramnick addresses progressive push for $3 billion in new taxes

Assembly Republican leader Jon Bramnick responded to progressive advocates’ demands for $3 billion in new taxes at a press conference in Trenton Monday. He said Murphy has adopted these groups, and his budget will reflect their radical proposals.

“Once the election was over in November, once the campaign ceased, what you see is the reality of the Democratic control of this legislature,” said Bramnick (R-Union). “Causing more tax increases, more pain on working families, more concerns of the job creators, and tomorrow you will see this governor embrace all of those concepts.”
